1. Return PolicyYou are permitted to return products purchased from Farmeloo in the following circumstances: If you receive a damaged, expired, faulty, or defective product, or if the product delivered is different from the one you ordered.
2. Conditions for Returning Products
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be processed after the 7-day period. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. All original tags, labels, and packaging should be intact. A valid invoice must accompany the returned product. The product must not be opened or tampered with in any way. A replacement will be offered subject to the availability of the product on the website at the time of return. Your email should include: The name of the product, The order ID, Images of the product received, with clear visibility of the batch ID, and A detailed description of the issue or reason for the return. The request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email or phone about the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, the refund process will proceed as follows: For payments made via Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card: Refund requests will be initiated within 5 working days after the return is approved. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 14 working days or as per the timelines set by your payment gateway/bank. For payments made via Cash on Delivery (COD): If you made your payment through COD, you will need to provide a copy of your bank statement, cancelled cheque, or passbook copy, along with your bank and customer details. Refunds for COD payments will be processed within 3 working days of return approval.
4. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps: 1. Check your bank account again. 2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time for your refund to reflect in your account. 3. Contact your bank, as some processing time may be involved before the refund appears. 4. 5. Non-returnable Products
Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to: Opened or used products (unless defective or damaged), Perishable goods, such as food items or personal care products, Products marked as final sale. Please ensure that the product you are purchasing is suitable for return before completing your purchase.
6. Cancelling Orders
You may cancel orders before the product has been shipped. If the product has already been shipped, the return process must be followed once the product is delivered. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the product has been dispatched.
